Called Mike yesterday to order new pillows for our spa as they were falling apart after 13 months. According to Mika they were worn out very quickly. Today I received new ones for free. What service! Chapeau!
Infrared cabin bought during the black friday discount days. The cabin works great, delivery time was very fast. And a subsequent delivery of an extra lamp (which was killed during installation) was also no problem. Really great!
Purchased a super nice jacuzzi a few months ago. We were helped very nicely by salesman Mike. We received extensive and correct information. The delivery was as agreed and the explanation at the bath was clear. Even after delivery, our questions were answered neatly and satisfactorily. In short, a neat company with good baths and great service!

We have purchased a Fox Essence from Mike Dillen and we are very satisfied with the way he spoke to us and with the spa. He fully fulfilled the agreements that Mike made with us. Fabio delivered the spa to us two weeks later, entirely by appointment. An hour before time he called us saying he was coming. In two and a half hours, he had put the spa in place, installed it, and explained how to use it. He never left before it all worked. Fabio even left his phone number if something was wrong, class!
