For my birthday my parents-in-law had a flower arrangement delivered from abroad, in good faith that the florist would be able to capture the right 'atmosphere'. The result is a flower arrangement that really looks like a funeral arrangement. I did not say much about it myself, but I also heard this from several people. This was communicated by telephone to the florist, given that it is not a cheap piece and nobody is happy with a funeral piece. The florist was not receptive to this criticism.

By phone from The Hague ordered a bunch of flowers for my parents because of their wedding day. Now 1.5 weeks later, the flowers are still beautiful. I still hear how beautiful the flowers are. Really great.
