The staff comes across as a bit stiff. But when you're talking like that, you soon find out that these guys know what they're talking about. Also received good and honest advice. I was allowed to return the laminate that we had too much and this money was refunded. Really no bad guys :)

Lots of choice but not really customer friendly. This was evident from the reception and the sales call. A lot of offer. Prices are not very low, but not extremely high either.

Unfortunately I received the wrong advice. 4 months before delivery, I went to the store on the assumption that I had to buy a rigid PVC floor for my wooden subfloor. I saw a nice slab of PVC floor, then I was told that I could also have it laid with an adhesive underlay. Two weeks before delivery, the measurements were taken, and I was immediately told that an adhesive underlay was not possible because you can see the planks through it. An extra jumpac underfloor was needed. DFS was not prepared to take on the additional costs for this, the best proposal was to cover the costs. Since I was 2 weeks before delivery, I had no other option but to agree. The floor is very neatly laid, with the note that the company leaves the waste behind and does not take it. I believe that the above should have been solved better, partly because I wanted to install an infrared floor heating system, which would not have been a problem with a rigid floor. It is a pity that the company does not take the responsibility for incorrect advice
