January 25 and 27, 2021 I ordered floor glue, carpet tiles and vinyl floor; on February 5th only the glue was delivered and I can probably whistle to the rest. Repeatedly sent emails and tried to call but unfortunately ... lost 300 euros ?? Scandalous!!

WHAT I WANT TO RECOMMEND QUANTUM I was going to replace my roller blinds, roughly twice a curtain of 1.50 x 1.90 cm in cream-white and blackout. I took my old roller blind with me, but they couldn't do anything with it, I had to measure or have it measured myself. A quotation was only possible when the exact size was known. This morning the measurements were taken and this afternoon I ordered the roller blinds. The voucher was drawn up and confirmation is scheduled for 7 weeks. The bill for the blinds, including confirmation and 15% Black Friday discount, came to a total of 525.19. This seems to me to be an amount that you want to be aware of in advance. If I had known this in advance, I would not have made an appointment for the measurement, but I would have inquired at a number of other stores. I find the personnel at Kwantum friendly, at the same time I saw no understanding of my reaction to the total amount, that's how it was and if I wanted I could cancel it. What I would recommend to Kwantum is to provide a plus-minus quotation so that customers know approximately what it will cost. I could have pointed out the curtains that I selected today on Saturday and with a calculation model you can quickly indicate a plus-minus price to your customer.
