Best furniture store in NL!!!

Very unsuccessful purchase with a very disappointing service. During the purchase they promise a lot but they do not deliver. We bought a Luceplan mesh lighting for € 4000 that started blinking and stuttering within 3 months. When we call they say that we have trouble emailing, when we email they don't receive it. They promise to call but don't call back and we are now a year later. As if I have nothing else to do. Very bad service and they stretch until the warranty has expired. At the payment they were friendly and helpful .. deeply disappointed, sorry for the word but we have been 'ripped off'.

A great company. No hassle about delivery costs. They even bought rubbers from the range and sent them for our bank.

We moved to a new home in Rotterdam in the ninth month of 2019 and bought a TV table and ceiling lighting from this store for a very high price, its value is around 14,000 euros .. Until now the lighting is not working properly , the table is broken and the after-sales service has been very unsuccessful and bad .. Unfortunately we paid this high amount to nothing.
