It has only been 9 months of contact, but it was pleasant, personal and intimate. After all, we shared all the comforts and inconveniences of our pregnancy. If we had contact during or outside the contact moments, no question or care moment was skipped. It was also repeatedly indicated 'if there is something just indicate or call'. People listened, gave information and thought along. As a result, we became calmer and worries decreased as to whether our question was answered. If no one was available for a while you were always called back quickly (if they are busy with a delivery it is of course not always possible to answer immediately). So we immediately got one of the girls on the phone when there was a call and no secretary or anything in between. It was also very pleasant that at every stage of pregnancy was told what was important, for example, to arrange or provide information. That way we never received too much at the same time. And not to mention your own ultrasound device, we thought this was ideal. Even though I gave birth in the hospital, there was contact during delivery. I gave birth in September, that weekend was very busy. There were many births for them. It was also huge that day at the hospital. They indicated that they would usually come by, but that did not work now. They were pretty busy and spent a lot of hours on it. There was, however, telephone contact. Also do not know the difference about whether or not to come along, it felt good for us. The evening before the birth, I was stripped in the hospital, too bad I had to tell them this. The hospital itself did not contact them for consultation (I also indicated this to them during the evaluation). And they also had several visits during the first week after delivery. There was consultation with the maternity assistant and with me (not about me). It was very unfortunate that it was over. There was another contact moment for 6 weeks, but yes, that was the last one. Most important, I thought no question is too stupid, difficult or weird. Rather too much than too little contact. And think along with everything, give an explanation or answer in addition to listening. Now it seems like a perfectionist story. But yes we can't help it that it was great.
