A shuttle bus transports patients and visitors to and fro - between the hospital and car park. Clear signage and directions provided. Professional health care service providers. Clear signage. Reception personnel can help with directions.

Almost excellent :)

Absolutely ridiculous. The woman at the desk would not allow us to be seen by a doctor, even though she was in terrible pain with a high fever. Insisted on speaking to another doctor and was refused. Told that no one will help us. Terrible excuse for an emergency room, go anywhere else if you can.
