After I booked this online, the news came quite quickly that I had to be quarantined so I wanted to reschedule this for 2 weeks, this could not be done by phone and could only be done by email ... Then I received a confirmation email that it was arranged, but there were 15, - rebooking costs ... A bit stingy but good. Once we arrived we had to pay the remaining amount immediately, an ATM is too much, it had to be either cash or transfer and she wanted to see the transfer immediately. Once paid, there was a short tour and the relaxation could begin. Plusses: Jacuzzi was lovely, as was the sauna, everything was neat and tidy and clean. Negatives: no hand soap, no shampoo / shower gel in the dispensers, steam cabin was not getting up well, wall is coming loose in the sauna, the wood to lie on has sagged xD

after making a reservation to go there with my wife our son had an accident ... called several times and explained everything .. could not move anything and did not get a refund .... I only had to indicate for 48 hours to cancel or In other words, I have to indicate 48 hours in advance that my son will have an accident and is in hospital. bit contradictory + picks up an employee who does not know anything or does not know an answer to anything and the owners are not even present that is even more outrageous but I would not never recommend this place to other people, certainly not how things are now called several times that I just want my money back but apparently they have it to their fellow man as long as they have the money in that is all that matters to them ... SO AGAIN THEY CAN'T ANSWER NORMAL PEOPLE because there is no one there and they just but put a silly employee at the counter but received money .... SO NOT RECOMMENDED Well sorry to say but a little leniency would also be allowed ... but well wish you a lot of s6 with your free money that you have earned .. from now on I will look for another sauna ....
