bad company bought an expensive hottube, service and decency leave much to be desired. annoying tone of the seller regarding questions. They don't understand friendliness and service orientation. i would recommend you choose another company consider buying a hottube or spa. They sell this but that is all about it. The response (endless discussion with customers) says it all .... I paid for the scents by the way, I ordered the right one by mail but received the wrong one. I should have checked the invoice myself, was the response .... the black Piet passing through they call that. February months later! Still not refunded ... from returned pump / sale canceled / sent by registered mail. Just no response.

Bad service, Not recommended for the money you get a nice hot tub and better service at another company !! Bad help from the start, pump is delivered and you have to figure out how to assemble it yourself, help is hard to find if you have any questions. A warned person counts for 2 !!

Not recommended! Bad service for the money you pay & very unfriendly.

Explanation in showroom was fine, delivery was okay, not everything was immediately clear but can be solved on the spot with help on the phone. Unfortunately for a while afterwards, we had no answer to questions from our side, communication lay empty. update 16-1 In the meantime, the company has contacted us and they are working on our question / complaint about the operation of a part. Clear on the way back, so hopefully one more star. The hot tub itself? That works fine!

In the end, we did not purchase a Jacuzzi, but that was certainly not the fault of Bastin and his colleagues. Friendly and good explanation of the different options. Full confidence in this company.
