Very bad experience after 1 month still not my order called within 3 weeks would send it immediately that did not happen telephone is not answered tape recorded with the request whether they want to call me back that is not done then but by e-mail there promised a response within 24 hours you guessed it all remained silent I recommend everyone order somewhere else

Not the best web store, ceramic oven tubes ordered and of course paid in advance, about 2 weeks ago. Mailed also via website, called. The telephone is permanently diverted there and people do not respond to the e-mail. Do not buy from this club! I wanted to give 0 stars but this shitty script only allows posting from 1 star.

After paying my 84 euros for glazes, I have not heard from this company for two months, after repeated telephone contact (without reach) and mail (without answer). Correctly paid but no delivery yet answer. Do not order online from this company!
