Have a purchase inspection 3 months ago for a vehicle that I potentially wanted to buy. Called in the morning that I would like to come by in the afternoon during the test drive. This was no problem. The telephone contact was smooth, they were told what would be part of the inspection, and that at that time there was a special offer for the inspection. Visited that same afternoon. Was welcomed with a cup of coffee and was immediately helped. Asked out of curiosity if I could take a look during the inspection, this was no problem at all. While watching, technical powertrain issues and general model issues were explained without my asking. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Also specific questions that I had were neatly answered, and where possible visually shown to the vehicle. After the inspection I received a neat report where I could find all the findings of the inspection. This was also neatly discussed. It was also indicated with regard to which points I could possibly negotiate with the seller about the price. Because ample time was taken for the inspection, all my questions (and more) were answered and the vehicle was thoroughly examined, I could then proceed to purchase at the seller with confidence. I still enjoy driving this vehicle every day (without any problems).
