My passport photo was not accepted by the municipality of Venlo. There was a horizontal "line" behind my head (the sticky line of the 2 pieces of paper that were used as background) and the background was too dark in its entirety. After some discussion, new photos were made. The "line" has been removed through photo shop. and the entire photo is made lighter. As a bonus I received 8 new (corrected) photos.

Outstanding service. early June 2018 with a motorcycle group to Italy. Unfortunately due to a mistake some videos of the trip were deleted from an SD card. Erik van Dom Melskens has tried twice to retrieve the videos using. special programs. Unfortunately, this did not work, but they still made every effort to help me and it ultimately cost me nothing (no cure no pay).
