In the middle of the polder suddenly a place to eat and drink! Nice place for coffee, lunch or ice cream.

Today we did the canoe route. Was super fun. We brought our fishing equipment. Unfortunately nothing caught. Received a friendly and cheerful welcome.

Super cozy location where you can enjoy high tea, lunch, canoeing, brocante, curios, tea and other home and garden accessories. Everything is made in-house, using regional products as much as possible. While enjoying delicious tea (loose) or high-quality coffee from Rombouts (Belgium), while enjoying the cake of the week or a delicious quiche, you can enjoy the English ambiance in a historic farmhouse from 1650. De Prullenkast is located between Willemstad and Fijnaart, in the middle of the Ruigenhilpolder. Events (every year) every last full weekend of June: the Ruigenhilfair, second Sunday September trunk sales, second Friday-Saturday December: Christmas market, November and December: the Christmas Trash closet + special Christmas high teas. High teas must be ordered no later than 1 day in advance. For other things you can walk in freely. You can also pin!

Canoeing is super fun, especially with such a nicely filled basket of snacks
