Very poor and exceptionally bad speech. Well talked to, laughed on the phone and was not open to feedback. Agreed with employee earlier this week that a report would be made, for which a key for opening time could be collected. The costs would be 35 euros. When calling to pass the confirmation. Was the same employee not present and I was laughed at that it was ridiculous what was agreed with me and this really was not possible. When I wanted to talk to Mrs. about it, she started screaming that it was impossible. She didn't want to let me tell my story, said it can't be done and threw the phone on it. What would be a nice day and experience for us is entirely in the water by this employee! Thank you Arboretum for this very negative experience with you! I hope you learn a wise lesson from it; by speaking to people in a friendly manner and finding a solution together, the people in the vicinity of Oudenbosch also continue to express their appreciation and would like to visit you again.
