I have been trying for 3 days to get an appointment scheduled in the niddG. The assistants refuse to schedule you for the next day. You can only make an appointment on the day itself, the moment you get to hear again and again that the afternoon is already full and you say something about it, you get the answer, sorry sir but this is our policy. Things have deteriorated since Dr van Rijn's departure.
