Very nice wellness spa. The menu for lunch and dinner is very good. The staff is nice and helpful and the place is clean.
Nice place to be!
Very little seating other in restaurant and outside. Suana's are clean and nice but everyone has to walk around to cool off since restaruant requires Bathrobe and slippers.
Won a ticket at holiday auctions specifically for wellness resorts in Roosendaal as a gift for our mother who turned 50. Bought already in corona time, reserved with the message that they opened on July 1. Got a call that Roosendaal was closed indefinitely and that we could come to Goes. This is not possible for us and money back was not possible. Emailed but not a good response. Why do you offer tickets on holiday safes and do you even enter into a deal that you can now earn money from and can't offer anything for ???
Drove here for the 2nd time. And for what?
The first time was a few months ago. Once we arrived here, we could not go despite telephone contact.
Today again problems.
Purchased fouchers, after half an hour trying to get in touch with the voicemail by telephone. Still drove by to hear that there is no place.
Question: how is it possible that a wellness company sells LAST MINUTE FOUCHERS and then says it has no space and no money to be returned?
Although those fouchers are valid for a month, that does not mean that I and my girlfriend have the time to use this.
Do not sell those fouchers as LAST MINUTE !!!!
Want to be very clear about this.
To go there twice for Jan with the short last name and incur costs, I feel badly cheated.
The last word has therefore not been said and is being prosecuted.
