I was referred to this tire center and was very pleased with the service. They replaced two front tires and reset sensors. There is a cool comfortable place inside to sit and wait where you can watch behind a glass window all they are doing with your vehicle. But I must say that I rate this business 5 STAR EXCELLENT because of what I witnessed with another customer. A man visiting from England had a flat tire while traveling and came in as I sat down. They worked him in right away and replaced it. However, when he tried to pay their machine didn't take the credit card he had. One of the employees behind the counter immediately offered to drive him to an ATM so he could pay. Seriously...it was just going beyond the call of duty and with a cheerful attitude. Highly recommend this place - but do check that you have a debit card they can use 👍 And to the clerk who cheerfully drove - you were amazingly kind. ❤

Needed quick assistance with a flat tire. They immediately showed up at my door to check it and get some air in it after with I was followed for safety and now they are changing my winter tires for summer tires. Very friendly and quick.

In the week of the very severe frost, we made an appointment here for a Saturday 13 February. Fortunately, there was actually still room to have my summer tires changed. Make an appointment at home in advance through their website. This went smoothly, without many problems. On that Saturday to the location in Hoensbroek. Neatly reported at the reception. Keys handed over and taken into the reception area. By the way, everything was properly marked here according to the Corona measures. After a short 50 minutes it was reported that the car was ready with the newly changed winter tires. They did drive around first to check if everything felt right. Papers etc. Neatly handled, so I could get back on the road with winter tires. I was neatly and correctly helped by the employees of this Profile Tire Center.
