Male salesman very surly and arrogant. Mr. “ACKNOWLEDGES” that the desired article is for my adult son and refuses any cooperation if I offer my ID instead of a clear and clear photo of my son's ID. Mister starts his speech in an extremely arrogant way and demands that we come back with an ID. Missed opportunity for Gall and Gall. Understanding for the policy and the rules, but certainly not for the arrogance behind the counter and the unwillingness to accept the solutions offered.

I prefer to go to Gall and Gall in Beek, because people are friendly and helpful there.

From Beek I was sent to the branch on the Rijksweg. Indeed they had the drink that I was looking for. But what an unsympathetic individual, that man! I would rather fly to the country of origin to buy the stuff there than ever go back to this store. Fortunately for me and the other customers who were at the checkout, it doesn't light 'being grumpy'.
