Car window was damaged at night. Foot steps clear to see in the snow. Nobody came. I should fill out online. I did, but something wasn’t wrong, as I had to translate a lot. Instead of helping me, the process was cut with an explanation, I also have to translate now somehow. So.....could also have done nothing, in the end the same result. Thanks.

Worst kind ever. Dont bother. Totally unprofessional.

Some time ago they broke into our shop three times. The officers on duty were quickly on the spot but unfortunately not to catch the burglars fast enough. I went to post for a while and thought I didn't see anyone. In retrospect it became clear to me that the agents saw every step of mine and that they were indeed there. What would we have to do without these heroes? After all, they are always there for us to offer help. Kerkrade police are TOP.

Years ago fined for not having proper lighting on bicycles. I had an LED light mounted on the handlebars. But according to the agent, that was not real lighting? Namely had to be an old headlight that bicycles used to have. Paying fine was not much, but strange lighting is now allowed.

I went to the police station to file a report, but according to 1-line that was not possible, while I had received an explanation from a lawyer. After all, declarations must always be included. Yet no declaration could be made. Was clearly unaware of the matter, received no advice on how to do it. Also wanted to report a privacy violation by cameras and have access to what images were made by the cameras of the neighbors. According to the lawyer all possible, but not according to 1 line. While 3-stripes and others in the canteen are enjoying the pies and the laughter could already be heard outside, I wanted to report it. The first thing the officer had to say after my explanation was "I don't know if that's allowed just like that". After reading the documents, he had to call for assistance 10-04. In the end still nothing wiser, except that reports apparently cannot be recorded just like that. Cases are not made public and whenever the agent has something to say the answer is "it wasn't me after all" or "I don't know". Cops contradict each other and sometimes do not know which answer to give? If something happens, suspects are taken along in peace and victims have to call in external agencies to report the crime. The boss of the police does not know what the employees are doing and the police do not know what the boss is doing. Very disappointing how the police deal with cases, much is not dealt with, a lot goes wrong, police officers are arrested themselves and they apparently have to set priorities. According to the police officer, many colleagues did not dare to take up these kinds of matters.
