Worst customer service ever, got a bill on the mail for god knows what and there is no instructions on how to pay it, the only link on the letter is broken. Phone call is a nightmare.

There are hardly words to express how painfully terrible the activity of working with FedEx is. Save yourself and ship with a different company. Do not enter the web of 'help' , do not expect efficiency, professionalism or even fulfillment of shipping. If you work for this company and are a descent human being, your life is better than Fed Ex and you don't deserve the bruise of association with such a terrible company. case # 47139579 (ps this is not specific to Limburg)

Express company with no customer service and extremely unreliable transit to USA .... while a US company. The main hub is in Paris, where chaos has reigned since TNT & gilets jaunes. Chaos, chaos, chaos. Leaving suits standing for weeks (structurally), all chaos.
