Booked here during a small road trip through the Limburg countryside .. And luckily there was still room. Very special location and friendly welcome. Covid proof but without sacrificing atmosphere ... Perfectly cared for ... From menu to dessert. Opted for a three-course menu, with dessert as an option for course 4. All tastes sublime. Nicely presented, fresh products and accompanied by a nice glass of wine ... Enjoy with a capital G! Well worth it !!

De Blauwe Dame serves delicious dishes. The Carpaccio with frisee, pine nuts and piccalilly ice cream caresses the tongue. The Ravioli with spinach perfectly flavored and warm! The tournedos with bearnaise sauce (medium rare) is so tender ... delicious! You also have to put the sauce on a fries. An absolute must. The pepper sauce with the other tournedos was also delicious and paired perfectly with the medium tournedos. Delicious wine with it. A cheese platter as a conclusion where you can taste all that deliciousness with syrup and mango. All this in an atmosphere of perfect hostess and a warm atmosphere combined with a chef who loves his profession and you can taste that in every bite. Recommended. And if the weather permits, start with a glass of wine on the terrace. Thank you José and Richard for a beautiful, tasty and pleasant evening. We enjoyed. We will come back and tell you! Don't forget to book in advance.
