Just take your time when you call them.
Gvd 80 minutes in the queue with 2 waiting in front of you.
I have never received such bad shoes and such poor service as with Hanssen Footcare. Sadly. And then .. Shoes at the health insurance company, before they are good? The worst thing is that you as a customer also get the bill presented for their blunders. More than 300 kilometers of unnecessary travel costs. Apparently they have never heard of calling back or responding to mail.
In short, too sad for words.
