Their track and trace system doesn't work, feels like they only have it cause the other companies use the system. Their website tracking doesn't work for me anymore, had a package and now it no long exists. I just hope I still receive me package eventhough it is already a day late.
The tracking system is not informative, it is not possible to correctly estimate the delivery time. My car tyres are in 1 day late, and I can't reach anybody for some information.

Living in Geleen lindeheuvel, I see a delivery boy driving far too fast in the brounsstraat near a school. Always notify the police with photos the same next time. Gls also KEEP THE SPEED.
The package deliverer cannot read: package delivered 4 blocks away, under wrong name and wrong house number. Discovered for myself that the street names are alike, so start looking. Package found.
Address and name have not been checked by the delivery person.
