Perfect
The storage is excellent, but you have to wait a century for a refund of the deposit of 170 euros: 7 weeks after returning the key. Even a promise to return the deposit a little earlier than normal is not kept and I have to go back myself. My enthusiasm for Allsafe has cooled down a bit now ......
In the past we have rented a PO box here. Due to an error by a sender, a package was accidentally delivered here.
This package is accepted, but then they refuse to hand it over to us. After 40 minutes of discussion at the location, the package remained there. As a result, we have enormous problems with our customers. Had the package declined, or just give it along! Very bad service.
The storage is top notch, the service is good and everything is clean and cared for. There is good security and everything has been thought of. The only drawback is that there are a lot of 'hidden' costs involved. The representative started with a sky-high price that later suddenly could be a lot lower. Still not as low as indicated on the website. So I would take that into account.
Very neat thing and friendly staff. Very good value for money.
