We love this place especially for their delicious broth. We've enjoyed brunch here as well. You can expect a healthy approach to nearly everything you consume here. I understand "healthy" is a relative term but I am pleased with our options in this place. Fortunately the Broth Bar accepts credit card. I often stock up on frozen broth to take home for enjoyment at a later date. As one of our most frequented joints in Maastricht...we'll be back!

amazing place with tasty soups. We tried “erwten soup” and “dahl soup” and it turned out the tastiest soups we’ve ever tried outside.

Excellent 👌 highly recommended. Great coffee delicious and healthy brekfast to jumpstart your day. Very polite helpful and discreet staff.
