Incredibly unfriendly staff members, who yell at you when asked questions. Do not go there if you absolutely do not have to.

Nice Ambiente, small but good sweet section. Some teas, several coffee options and friendly service.
It’s not all about serving good coffee! After being served a great quality coffee I was left disappointed by the inappropriate behavior of the staff. Good service is about providing a comfortable experience to your customers. Playing music at such a high intensity and misbehaving at the bar is certainly the antonym of good customer service. Not even mentioning the alarmingly bad hygiene in the toilets. Disappointing to see that DE has not taken the customer feedback into consideration. One star for the good coffee. This was my last visit to DE. If you want to feel respected, avoid this place.
Fun place, but some of the staff seems to be working "against their will" there and it shows. Looking funny at customers or not answering questions at all at first glance does not create a welcoming atmosphere if you ask me.
