Great shop with a wide range of styles and prices. Only 2 stars because of the staff. At their best, they look miserable, as if they don't want to be there. At their worst, they are straight up rude and condascending. The management looks equally sour faced and angry. I have shopped for 7 years in this branch and you can always count on unhappy looking staff and terrible customer service. Its a shame because otherwise Zara is a great place to find nice clothes.

The most terrible experience I ever had, it’s with ZARA in Maastricht. Workers are slowly and don’t have any effort to help you. I’ve bought a lot of items online. For any other shop or enterprise if you buy so much- you’l become a vip- client. I need to return also a lot, approximately 30% of my purchases. When I returned things personnel of a shop in Maastricht let me feel miserable. They even some times didn’t want to take my return, which is completely not acceptable. At the same time clothes from ZARA very attractive, good quality and very often cheep. It’s a pity that young guys (sellers and managers) in Zara Maastricht have no idea about marketing and polite behavior with clients.
