We bought a floor at carpetright Maastricht for 7500 euros! We have hired an external technician for this and a moving company for this Saturday because my parents would be moving next Sunday. We arranged those days because carpetright Maastricht told us that the floor would be there on Monday. On Tuesday, our technician started laying our floor. After a few hours we saw that the floor had 3 different colors and that Carpetright Maastricht had given us 3 wrong different colored floors. We then went straight to the store on Tuesday and told how it is. Carpetright Maastricht has told us that we have to wait 1 week and that they will order new ones. We have said that we cannot wait a week because the mechanic is there and most importantly that my parents MUST move on Saturday. So then they have to leave the previous house. That is why a moving company was hired on Saturday. We said if they can call other branches or if someone has it in stock to have it delivered. That was not possible because all drivers enderg are full, they say. Okay no problem then we will make it. They called carpetright brook and they should be the right color. So we went there with our cars and we started loading. When loading, we saw at the last minute that these are also not the correct colors !! The employee then says that they do not have the other one. Okay WEATHER no problem so nicely asked if they can call who has the right thing. Ultimately, carpetright BEEK should have the RIGHT. We clearly asked if they know for sure and yes it was. We then drove to Carpetright Weert. There we checked a number and it turned out to be the correct one. Because we have a lot of packages, we could not check everything. On this we drove back to Maastricht and lifted everything to the house. Wednesday so today the mechanic started laying. We received a call from the mechanic that ALSO HERE 3 different colors are available. We then drove to Carpetright Maastricht. Here we have been treated rude and rude and totally UN HELPFUL !! We had to wait 1 week and then we would have to come and collect the PVC floor ourselves. We have explained again that this is not possible and that we already have reason to solve it without problems! But that the measure is now full and that they just have to make sure that the floor has to be there on Thursday for laying. Because we have reserved a moving company that has also been paid. Most importantly, my parents HAVE TO MOVE SATURDAY, they have to leave their old home. We were NOT helped on this and there was no realization at all that we are the victim. They also had nothing to do with our mechanic and moving situation of my parents ?????? !!!! This is not normal! We have said that we will not leave until something is arranged. And otherwise whether they want to give our money back so that we can quickly get a new floor elsewhere. But that is not possible either. Nothing is possible and they are not responsible that my parents have to move ?? HELLOO WE PURCHASED THAT FLOOR BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU ARE MONDAY THEY ARE IN SO THAT'S WHY WE TAKEN EVERYTHING SO SO !!!! Ultimately because we did not want to leave the case, they also called the police! Even the police said this was not normal but unfortunately they couldn't do anything about it. The reaction of Carpetright Maastricht is very bad, not helpful at all !!!! I THEN RECOMMEND NEVER BUT THEN NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT Carpetrigjt Maastricht !!!!! This new business has opened next to the Gamma. CARPETRIGHT MAASTRICHT HAS newly opened, but apparently they still have a lot to learn !!! They are using their power and we should just go to the lawyer. We will certainly do that and we will recover all costs !! You don't even want to come up with a solution !! You are just big Scammers !!
