Bizarre was amazing!! My boots were lost in the mail due to the back-up of mail at the Port of Miami Due to COVID-19 and Jacque worked with me the whole time until we were able to locate them and they were delivered to my house. It took 45 days but, that was due to no fault of Bizarre. Excellent customer service and follow through!
A great selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They helped my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for. The crazy part is we didn’t even know we were looking for it. 😂 Awesome 😎 store!!

Love this place. Excellent and very friendly service. Great selection of gothic, steam and cyberpunk clothes and accessories. Well worth driving from Nijmegen. I highly recommend it!!
