1st time and last time we step in here. We walk in (came from Belgium) and the lady behind the till says friendly good evening. I indicate that I have some silver articles (pocket watches and spoons, all including silver stamp) and I would like to sell these -> see website, "Valuation of silver, watches, ..". The lady informs that she is only a seller herself, but that valuations can be made at the back of the store with a relevant person. All very well, we waited at the checkout while the saleswoman indicated to the appraiser that we were in the store with silver objects. Nor did the appraiser say 'no interest' before she could finish her sentence. We saw that the saleswoman also came out of the blue and did not expect this reaction at all. On the website it is written: "With us you can sell your gold and silver jewelry, bars and coins of gold and silver, watches, diamonds and even a collection of coins. We help you in a separate reception room, where our expert appraiser assesses your valuables in peace." In practice, they don't even bother to view the products. If this is the approach, honey!
