Had a very nice experience with this importer. I ordered two boxes of wine through Vivino (app) for a competitive price. Due to a technical error on Vivino's side, I did not get the right wine. The wine I wanted to order turned out to cost twice as much. Long story short: the employee S.H. has made every effort to ensure that a few days later the wine was collected and the good wine delivered, at no extra cost. I thought this was fantastic service and I am already looking forward to the next order I will place at Vojacek Wijnen. Cheers!
