We stayed in room 811, room was noisy paid 157 euro included breakfast. This in my opinion is not a cheap hotel, so you can expect something. A late checkout will cost 15 per hour extra, your car can be parked (24hours) behind the hotel for 26 euro. The premium room (811) has a shower in the bath is noisy (positioned at the street side) and you will wake up with breakfast smells around 9. In the end my opinion price for the premium way to high, breakfast is great and worth the money staff is friendly, location great... 3 stars just because of the room

Placed ironically on The Maas, amazingly not a hot spot though. The view is oddly facing coffeshop boats and an ugly road bypass. The hotel itself is split across 3/4 old house properties, sitting side by side. This isn't a modern get in a lift easily accessible place. I didn't notice lifts.... We climbed a couple of flights of household width stairs to get a loft room. Nice enough. But inclded with the price a strange squeaky bed. Upon inspection the supporting base was severed so it couldn't be helped if every single innate move was accompanied by a high pitched metallic squeaks. It was a comfortable sleep though. All can be forgiven though because I've never had a royal breakfast like it, ever. The speciality included deer steak and eggs with bubbly accompanied by croissant, brioche, cheeses, sliced meats, salmon, herring and fruit salad. I did not eat for the remainder of the day. The bed is forgiven.

Very nice and cozy hotel 1 minute away from the nearest bus stop and 5 minutes away from the market square and the Vrijthof square where all the shopping can be made. The hotel staff are very helpful. The hotel is very clean with modernized classic decor and very modern bathrooms with shower. Breakfast is quite abundant. Certainly a place to return to.
