Breakfast was a ripoff! 17€ for bread and 2 slices of ham. Service at the restaurant was very bad. Hotel location and rooms were good but the service, staff and the prices of the restaurant made it a very bad experience in general.

Hotel is very simple, room was small. I booked a more expensive big room with a bath, but we didn't get it. When we asked for the room we booked they told us the hotel was fully booked and it was not possible. They blamed Expedia for the 'mistake'. We also didn't receive a refund. Bad service.

Lovely staff. Elevator in use of a mirror. Feels like being inside of a birthday cake. Pillows are amazing.
