I booked the studio for my parents on a recent visit to Maastricht. Raymond was very friendly and accommodating leading up to and during their stay. The studio is ideal for a short stay in town and has all the necessities for a comfortable and quiet stay. I would highly recommend it.

Nice location, center is 10 min away and the Waldeckpark is great place to walk or run. Rooms are nice, large and clean. Staff is helpful and personable, get the breakfast.

Welcoming boutique hotel with great breakfast. The Pastis is a lovely and welcoming boutique hotel with comfortable beds, a tasteful yesteryear rustic character, interesting layout, good facilities and quality fixtures. Fantastic breakfast served by warm, friendly staff in a comfortable setting - very tasty choices and great range of options for dietary restrictions. Easy to access, just outside city walls, with street parking at reasonable price. If you are a light sleeper who needs total silence you might want to shut the well-glazed windows to avoid hearing a few late night pedestrians making their way home from a night out up the hill. We loved the vine crawling up the front of the building with young bunches of grapes hanging, and we enjoyed the cozy balcony in our room too. The staff really made sure that we were well looked after.
