Cosy place
Excellent service by staff. They have also gone out of their way to stick to COVID restrictions. The food was great too - the sea bass was cooked to crisp perfection.
Beautiful location with delicious food. The menu is very small but the items are all very tasty
There was no one at the terrace so my boyfriend and I decided to get to a table and sit down. When the waitress came she told us off ‘why did you just get inside and sat on this table? It’s corona times so you’re supposed to stay outside and wait for us to let you in. Do you have corona?’ Hum... I felt offended as I wouldn’t be in a terrace If I had corona. We apologised and told her that in our country it’s not like that and also not in other places we had been the same day in Maastricht. Then another elderly couple came in the restaurant, did the same as we had done, but the waitress didn’t say anything to them! I didn’t like that condescend attitude. Also there was no one at the terrace.
It was 5 in the afternoon and 36 degrees outside when we went to this restaurant and said we wanted to have a drink in the shade. We were told there was no place available despite the fact that 90% of the tables were free. Disgraceful staff.
