Had an amazing 7-course meal with my partner. They made my courses completely vegan upon request and they were delicious! So for all diets, this is a perfect spot to enjoy fine dining. Atmosphere and staff was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and come back!
This really is our favorite restaurant in Maastricht. It's just so nice to come say how many courses you want and then be surprised by what you get. Especially interesting for vegans and vegetarians as they do amazing dishes.
One of THE best restaurants in Maastricht. All you need to do is to choose the number of courses and from there, simply trust Nigel to serve you excellent surprise dishes.
Always a fantastic experience. A fabulous food adventure for your palette, cosy atmosphere or as we say en danish "hyggeligt". Nigel makes you feel so welcome. Can only highly recommend a visit.
Details matter to make an experience unforgettable. Here you will remember every detail! The staff was absolutely marvellous from the moment we arrived. They accommodated our baby buggy (whereas at other restaurants we were unable to make a booking because of the baby) and they were very aware of my vegetarian preference. The best place I’ve ever dined vegetarian food in the Netherlands. Tasty, well cooked and different ingredients!
Exquisite food. Very knowledgeable on wines that accompanied the different dishes. Staff welcoming, outstanding hospitality! Highly recommended.
