Very, very unfriendly, incompetent staff. Should be better trained on customer dealings and expertise. Would have liked to buy two pairs of shoes. But money can be lost everywhere.

Very rude arrogant saleswoman (older lady) who comes to earn her money with the greatest reluctance, comes to see you while fitting and gives the comment that all shoes must be put back 'exactly' as they are taken out of the racks, probably raised between the animals?

Durlinger = Unruly saleswoman or owner. If you want to go shopping, stay pretty far away from Durlinger near vrijthof.

Large selection of shoes. Good prices and friendly staff.

Shop closes at half past 5. From 17.20 the doors are kept closed. Customers are worked out of the store and snarled. Very stressed-out employees, especially at checkout.
