3 months ago I bought a pair of Mason shoes for my son.
After 3 months both soles are almost worn out (my son is a shoe freak and often changes his shoes), on 08-07-2019 the shoes were brought to the store for review and until now nothing has been heard, not neat, the Masons were reduced from € 259 to € 135, quality / price is not in proportion, service absolutely not ok, too bad!
Excellent handling of the delivery and great Pertini shoes received 2 pairs. Only because of top pressure a few days later.
Wanted to order a pair of boots, but the company has a very unclear, vague site, where you have to fill in everything before you can order.
The Afterpay option does not work as well as the option to pick up the package at the DHL location I have specified.
E-mail sent, received a reply that DHL had malfunctioned. Three days for sure ?!
Again sent an E-mail to the store, but received no response.
Bad business, bad service !!!
