I subscribed to T-mobile's service. They disconnected me after a cple of days. Did not inform me I was being disconnected or why. I went to the store for clarification, was kept waiting for 30min, they informed me that they did not know why it happened. Customer support called me the next day, to tell me they did not know why they disconnected me. When I declined to re-subscribe (after asking: why should I expect to be able to rely on them after this? and not receiving any answer - the guy just blanked out), they sent me an email letting me know that, should I want to keep the number, I needed to notify my new carrier.... a week prior to the moment at which I received this email. As a final FU I guess. Failure to provide service, reneging on a signed contract, not notifying me of cancellation, incapable of explaining the cancellation, abysmal customer support, visibly no interest in providing customer support, aggressive tone when pressed for answers. I've lived in FR, US, CH, DE, now NL. Had never been subjected to anything quite like this. I understand my experience is not representative. However, be warned this is within the realm of possible with T-Mobile.

Honest, nice and informed costumer service. They werent pushy at all and seemed to want to genuinly help find the best solution possible. Especially Brohlin was helpful and professional in finding a solution.

That's not about this particular store, but about T Mobile in general. This is absolutely THE worst gsm operator I have ever used. I have huge problems with connectivity in Maastricht and can barely use any internet at home (similar quality connection in Rotterdam, too). Previously, I used Telfort, 3 different operators in Turkey, and one operator in the USA. T Mobile manages to be the worst one with flying colors. Damn, I hate them so much I am leaving the first day my contract ends.

Sabaun was a Great person, he advised me with full honestly and I changed my mind just because of him. If you go for T-Mobile Maastricht just ask for Sabaun and you will be more then Happy, he's the best Nice service Bro. Thank you so much.

I am a well travelled pensioner from Ausralia. I needed a new phone. Without a doubt this store provided the best service that I have experienced. We were given ample and precious time to work out all the details necessary to use the phone in Europe. Joyce was very thoughtful and helpful with the fine details. I highly recommend them, especially as I just dropped in off the street.
