Bad service, Maastricht is 100 times better. They can wait 70 minutes and say when the car is about to be ready.

In half an hour to make an appointment, you will be called that there are costs for the loan car that is ready. While an email has previously been sent that the costs are covered by warranty. Then made an appointment by telephone for warranty repair with a loan car. Response from Welling Sittard: my colleague did not say it is free! The service should always be free! So the employee thinks that it has been clearly communicated with me, but why do I get a quick call before I am at the door ....
