RUNAWAY !! Dishonest, being French broke down in Holland. An invoice of 2000 € was requested preferring to change my vehicle to another garage. I payed 225 € !!!!!

Car after appointment with the service department brought via LeasePlan for maintenance service at Nissan Kerres. Made an appointment by phone and asked about replacement transport. This would cost 35.00 euros excluding VAT and would be invoiced and settled directly with me. When bringing the car, I had to wait at the service counter as the employees called a standing meeting and I was told that I had to wait. The service employee asked what was going on, I indicated that I was coming for a service and had made an appointment for this. I was answered very unfriendly, and they could not find my service intake folder, which led to a mutual discussion among the employees in a not so pleasant tone. My Partner returned the replacement car and no payment was requested for the rental car upon delivery! My partner was also told that the brakes were not wrong, still when braking shocks a possibly crooked brake disc which problem was found from delivery. Now we receive a peppery invoice via LeasePlan with pick-up costs and 50 km costs amounting to 88.00 euros! When contacted by telephone about this invoice, I was informed that unfortunately this could not be changed because this was a rental car from Sittard and there are bring and collect costs involved! I had to do it with this, sorry, was the answer. Explaining that another appointment had been made did not help. To indicate that it had been very neat and customer-friendly that I as a customer had been informed about this course of events and the associated costs! No Nissan Kerres for me anymore, I'll look for another dealer for maintenance! Now a discussion with LeasPlan about this invoice to which LeasePlan was not a party because the agreement was with Kerres! Thank you Nissan dealer Kerres!
