As a manager I would like to respond to the review of Jolanda Schippers. Mrs. was quite right that she was charged with a damage that was already present on departure. Our rental department tried 6 times to speak to Mrs. on the phone but she rejected all communication while she would receive a substantial amount back and we only wanted the account number to transfer the amount because she had paid in cash. About the fact that there was not enough time for explanation is impossible. That is what we give our greatest care to and if this were to happen then in the last 5 years 7500 people left with a rental camper, we would have had this complaint more on the reviews. Resumé Mrs. Schippers then deserves a 1 star review as a customer. We hope through this medium that she will still report so that we can still pay her the money and of course we apologize for the mistake made by us.

Do not go into the sea with these types of scammers. Do not do business with, do not rent and certainly do not buy a camper.
