Super service
A mattress bought at BB Geleen (for the corona closure) the mattress is not comfortable so we want to use the exchange scheme during the corona closure. Answer BB that is not possible now.
Okay all understanding for it. Now the shops are open again by appointment and a 10min. Made an appointment because there must be a trial location again. We were called to verify the appointment but when she heard that we were not new paying customers, the appointment was canceled! Too scandalous for words!
So that's how BB treats you when you've bought something.
Lukt gewoon niet om een afspraak te maken of info in te winnen,niet klantvriendelijk in deze tijd.Over 1week hadden ze tijd maar dan geldt de werkaanbieding niet meer

After 3.5 months still not the right bed at home ...
Customer service is located in Suriname and is very difficult to reach !!! With every call you are on hold for at least 10 minutes, and the connection is often also lost after 9 minutes, so you have to call again !!!!!
Be warned if you buy a bed here !!!
