Bought a double-end ball at Fightshop4u but the cable clamps were broken immediately after first use. Customer service on messenger helped me a lot and sent me a new (better) set of cables. Good customer service and I am happy with my purchase!

Placed an order on 16/6 and we are now 30/6 and still nothing, went looking for a while and found nothing until I went to check my spam and they had informed me by email that a certain article is not in good condition and they needed my approval to place the rest of the order waited 2 weeks for nothing and they don't even bother to call you for that I just find sad.
