A few days ago a bunch of flowers was delivered for my birthday, sent by my father. It turned out that he also ordered chocolate, a vase and a bottle of wine that I had not received. Can happen, now still received the other products with a nice extra bunch of flowers as an apology. Very friendly and excellent service as far as I'm concerned!
