Last Thursday delivered bouquet for my husband's 40th service anniversary. On Sunday all the petals started to fall off the lily, but yesterday's bouquet but thrown away. Water changed and cut diagonally, just bad, knows how expensive the bouquets are. This is not a good advertisement.

We were not at home at the time of delivery. Deliveryman has placed the flowers back in the garden shed without permission. The delivery person has opened the gate himself by removing the hook behind the door and has entered the garden. Very antisocial and counts as a violation of the law. Then called the case. Do these indicate that they have been doing this for 26 years and have never had a complaint? Wonder who doesn't mind that a strange person enters a garden without permission. The phone call also said that it is not a violation of the law, because there must be a sign with prohibited access. This is absolutely not true. Although eventually apologies have been offered, we absolutely do not want to receive any more flowers from this company! Anti-social!

We placed a telephone order to deliver flowers for 30 euros to our friends in Sittard. A 'skinny' bouquet was delivered. Asked the florist and she found that the flowers were put in too small a vase by our friends! Shameless response! I will never order flowers here again!

Already bought bouquets a few times via top flowers, bunches of flowers not as in the pictures, miss flowers and half as large as they should be. Flowers didn't look fresh either, were already hanging after 4 days.
