Super store and super service. Very friendly and I am always well served. I can always assume that the product is good and if something is wrong, it will be resolved immediately.
Super store with always very unique items and super jewelry. An owner who knows what he is talking about and is always willing to take the time to help you with your purchases. Been here regularly bought something for years and still been satisfied. If you are looking for something unique or nice jewelry, definitely stop by. Price and quality are certainly also right.
The Buddha to Buddha earrings that we ordered as a gift for our mother from Ferrum by Tom were delivered by Tom to PostNL but unfortunately never delivered to us. Very annoying for both parties, but Tom came up with the solution to send a new pair of earrings free of charge. We are of course very happy with this. Super customer friendly, thank you !!
