What a lousy business .. done online order. Now a week ago ... heard nothing .. if you want to compete as an online shop in this day and age, you will have to offer service. WORTHLESS ... last time doing business with this

Last week I brought the watch on Friday for a pin to be replaced. The watchmaker would be there and be made on Saturday. Called Saturday not ready but Wednesday would be ready. Thursday to the store and not ready. Watch back asked to go elsewhere. had put my e bike in the cove of the store for 3 minutes to pick up the watch because it was so stolen.There was no one else in the store.The woman who had to meet me was really unfriendly about the fact that my bike just stood there.Never again to Siebel!

Went by today with my watch because the battery was empty. This seems to me like a professional jewelery egg. However, it was pretended to ask the most difficult question ever. Next Sunday, the watchmaker was only present again, and my watch was a huge challenge that no one wanted to burn the fingers. This reaction did not give me the feeling that I was dealing with skilled personnel. So I took the watch with me again. Finally went to Ferrum around the corner. Although this is not a jeweler, replacing the battery was done in less than 5 minutes. I was there myself. It was really click-click. So next time I will pass Siebel immediately and walk on.
