Very friendly and helpful staff! Take plenty of time to help you. I had some problems with my eyes, so I had to go back more often. They thought along well with me and took the time to find a solution. Super service, just great!

Optics Janssen are very customer-friendly people. I went there last week for my youngest daughter, she was super well helped and really took the trouble to go through everything to get the proper measurements of her eyes. I am very satisfied and I also recommend that very people go to come here. ♥ ️

Very poor service. After purchasing a new pair of glasses, optics Janssen should go back more often, because the glasses do not meet the requirements. Think of poor visibility, eyestrain and headaches. All in all: these supplied glasses are not enough. Optiek Janssen's reaction: just get used to it, because according to our eye-measuring equipment, it must be good! After months, however, it has not improved at all .. Sin money, paying 610 euros for glasses that (for me) are not wearable.
