Very stiff, unfriendly and unhelpful. He's lying about parts that don't turn out to be defective afterwards. Half of his driveway is filled with white goods. We also had to leave our microwave there because it was not available. When we went to pick up the microwave he was again not there. If you don't want to deal with customers, it might be an idea to look for a different profession.

I inquired about a condensator for my faulty dryer. He did have it but did not know what the capacitor had to cost. For that he had to restart his PC and he had just turned it off. There was a silence. It was only half past three in the afternoon. What would such a thing cost he asked me. I don't know, but on the internet prices vary between 5 and 19 euros, I told him. Well, then you order one on the internet anyway, he said. Yes, that's okay I said. What do you do with such an installer?
